In - 2014, based on - reporting, I received a 30-day late on my monthly loan amount of $620.00 which was due on the - of every month. At the time, my payments were being managed under the agreement of my debt collection company - - -, who was responsible for drawing money out of my personal bank account and making payments directly to my creditors. On - -, 2014, - - - transmitted a $620.00 payment towards my Discover Personal Loan debt. The payment was to be deemed 30-days late on - -. - - - made the payment on the - and Discover Loans did not recognize or process it until - -. When this happened, they deemed the payment as 30-days late even though it was transmitted to them on the -. After receiving the 30-day late on my credit report, both myself and - did a - call to try to resolve the matter but the Discover supervisor would not work with us at all. I have since paid off this $25000.00 loan and I had never received a 30 day late accept for this - and I feel that Discover had some error in it as their system did not recognize the payment until later than expected.
