Please see attached documentation. BB & T claims to have received an incomplete Loss mitigation package on -/-/15. I have a fax confirmation that it was received -/-/15 and sent through mail and received -/-/15. I have a copy of the faxed / mailed and it was not incomplete nor received on -/-/15. Furthermore, BB & T stated this should be judiciated outside of Civil Circuit court since it was a " Federal Issue, '' did not wait for the court to rule on any of the objections / motions and proceeded without adherence to Federal law. BB & T had been notified on separate occasions that I, the Plaintiff, notified BB & T that there was already a Loss Mitigation in process with -. After our last hearing, the opposing counsel said they would email me that day to come to a resolution and was never heard from again, despite my many attempts to reach his manager. BB & T was dishonest with the court and CFPB responses and ignored that I had a loss mitigation in progress with a HUD approved counseling center.
