We have a mortgage through State Farm Bank. The beginning of the year they started generating mortgage statements/coupons on the - of the month. Since then every month it takes - 12 days for it to reach us. Our mortgage is due on the - of the month, so the document reaches us about -3 days before our due date. I have called & spoke with - supervisors who basically say there is nothing they can do. When I have requested duplicate documents from the same location they ALWAYS arrive within 4 days. Is there something you can do so that we receive our mortgage payment coupon AT LEAST 10 days before our due date?
