They set-up my account incorrectly because their branch staff member is incompetent ( - in - VA ). I asked to be opted out of their overdraft program and he opted me in instead ( probably on purpose as I imagine the branch gets a kick-back for all overdraft fees ). When I received the - overdraft charge I went in and he supposedly corrected HIS error and reversed my charge. I assumed all was well then 3 weeks or so later I received $500.00 in overdraft charges ... No one in their " corporate customer support '' office would help at all, said I had to go into the branch which I did. They acknowledged that the error was theirs but the branch manager claimed she had to get approval from someone over her. Two weeks go by and every time I call the branch to talk to her she is " busy '' and will call me back. Of course she never does. Once I get the " customer service '' people to call me they call her and she claims she never heard of me and never had the discussion.
