My Tmobile Visa account was closed due to an " internal risk issue '' with $3000.00 in the account. I 've called multiple time with the first - people telling me the money is simply gone. The third time I called, I was told to send in a picture of my ID next to my face ( a ridiculous request ) as well as receipts from my last transaction ( over a week ago and those receipts are long gone in the trash ) They said there is not other way to get my money back.
