I opened an account online, but never received my - - account opening disclosures. Unless I 'm mistaken, they never mailed, emailed or stored them electronically on online banking. I called the call center ( maybe -? ) to find out where I could get them. She told me I 'd receive them by mail in -10 business days. Well, I opened my account on - and I still do n't have the disclosures. How am I supposed to know how to avoid a fee if I do n't have the disclosures?
