Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay South Carolina

I have a loan on - vehicles with ally financial, in either of these loans I submitted payment online, and was n't sent or advised of any issues with the payment. Today, the repo man appeared at my house, as ally is well aware since providing my benefit statement as a part of income verification, I am a - veteran. This complaint is based upon - issues, first Ally to date has never provided a right to cure statement, which is a legal requirement, any production of such is a production to cover such non action, and false. Secondly I have a Mercedes Benz that I own outright in my yard, the repo man in error placed his jack under my owned car, not attached to this loan, raised my owned car, upon my -, I rushed out the house, stumping my foot, and advised him to put my car down, and check the VIN number, which he complied, it was the wrong car.
