On -/-/2016 I requested a freeze on my Equifax credit file over the automated line -. The freeze request was accepted. A letter was to follow with my -digit pin number. Over one month later nothing has been received. Equifax has my correct mailing address as I have recently received mail from them. So now I am locked out of my Equifax credit file. There is no person customer service number for Equifax.
