Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Delaware

I made a payment on the online bill pay through Pnc bank. The payment was made weeks prior, but the payment was converted into a check for the business. On -, I had a deposit come through the account. The deposit was processed after the check. This caused the checking account to fall negative. I was told the account fell - dollar above the overdraft forgiveness. I was scolded, spoken down to and disrespected by the retail managers - - and -. The refused to correct the problem that was a bank error. If the deposit was processed in timely manner the account would have never went negative.
