Discover card lowered my credit rating and removed over - worth of credit from my credit line based on an inquiry that " just happened '' to be at the highest point of my credit debt. This occurred in - 2016. In the last 60 days I have paid off - worth of credit card debt and Discover will not do another inquiry for me, without doing a hard credit pull, to ascertain if I am worthy of more credit. I have several credit cards and all of them are in good standing. None of them have requested a credit line decrease.
