I have a - Ford Focus from Car Max Auto Finance. I have been making payments on the car since -/-/-. After reviewing my credit report Car Max had my car listed as a charge off two times, - in -/-/- and one on -/-/-. I contacted Car Max and was told via phone and written correspondance that they would have my credit corrected with in 90 days. It has been over 120 days and my credit has not been corrected and I have suffered greatly from the incorrect reporting. I have been unable to purchase a home due to the dispute. I want my credit corrected immediately and request to have any and all negative marks removed due to the inconvenience and hardship this has caused.
