A hotel held funds on my debit card, but removed the hold on Tuesday, -. The bank still showed the hold on the account as of -, and did not provide an easy way to remove the hold from the account. The only way they would remove was with a conference call with the hotel. I called the bank through their app, which was the only contact method provided, and an option for a third party call was not available. When I told the rep this, she said she also could n't do a third party call and could n't assist me. She gave no other way to resolve the issue. This is the second or third time USAA has put the burden of resolving their errors on me.
