I paid my bill in full of $2000.00 on - 2016 by deducting from checking account that included any and all purchases, cash advances in advance. DISCOVER took all payments and processed timely. The acceptance of payments and processing is [ willful agreement ] sufficient and substantiates remittance in full by DISCOVER closing my account after receipt of payments. DISCOVER repeatedly and persistently engaging or intentionally in harassing, harassment or harassing behavior against me to date. The communicating through electronic emails [ automated ], phone calls, third party collection agencies and or Reporting false or misleading information, to Consumer reporting agencies outdated and negative or erroneous information about previous business transactions IS CUURENT is " gross fabrication. These and other insidious and unfair business practices is retaliatory action and discriminatory in its applications.DISCOVER repeatedly and persistently engaging or intentionally in harassing, harassment or harassing behavior against me to date by automating system for collection in violation of my constitutional and fundamental rights.
