Plaza Home Mortgage , Inc. ( - - -, - -, - -, IL - ) used to service our loan before it was transferred to the - - -/-/-. Now, Plaza Home Mortgage refuses to provide an IRS Tax Form - ( - ) for -/-/- to us. I called Plaza Mortgage -/-/- and was told that all forms were mailed by -/-/-. We received nothing. On -/-/- I sent Plaza Mortgage Customer Service an official request for the Form - via email. Today is -/-/- and we have not yet received the - tax form. Plaza Mortgage failed to respond to my written request. As a result, we are unable to complete our tax return paperwork.
