Non-federal student loan Can't repay my loan Can't decrease my monthly payments Florida

One of my student loan providers is Discover. I 've attempted to call them and ask them for a lower monthly payment plan but they advised they do not have any plans like that. They only offered to provide a forbearance in which I 'm not interested in because I do n't want to have my interest increase. I mailed them a request in writing to list all the options they have to help me pay them but they responded stating to give them a call. I am a graduate out of - - University and live pay check to pay check to get by. I feel the loan providers should be more flexible especially because this is a very known issue that happens to - and maybe - of graduates. Something must be done, this is simply unfair. I feel - - University is a scam and they promise a lot of things that they do n't keep.
