In - of 2007, my name appeared second on a finance contract with ALLY FINANCIAL to allow my former wife to purchase a vehicle under the - Program. After she made several late payments, ALLY FINANCIAL sold the vehicle for a profit and refunded some of the money to her. Despite that I made none of the late payments nor received any of the proceeds, ALLY FINANCIAL refuses to delete this account from my various credit files.
