TransUnion uses antiquated web programming that according to their own technical support people and support pages does not support - / - / - / - and only supports PCs. In today 's world, this is an absurd limitation and puts an undue burden on the consumer. With their tech support on the phone I tried to login using -, - and - browsers on a -. None of them worked. I subsequently tried to login from a work PC laptop I still had around and still I could not login. Their solution??? Send you a copy in the mail a week later!!! Worse yet, without login to web interface it makes it near impossible to dispute issues because their operators barely speak - and are complete idiots. Worse yet, their data is completely erroneous and is not even close to the other bureaus. There should be financial penalties against credit bureaus that consistently misrepresent your credit history. I have had a house for 32 years and a mortgage for years. Sure, it has changed hands due to banks going bankrupt, but they punish my score because they suddenly say I do n't have a mortgage anymore even though the lender has not changed recently.
