Credit monitoring or identity protection Problem with fraud alerts Pennsylvania

Tried to open a credit union account in -, Ca - was told that there was a freeze placed on my social security number in relation with my credit due to a fraud alert which I did not submit but which was submitted through experian using my information. I called experian to have the fraudulent freeze removed only to be told I was not allowed to access the information because I was not the individual who initiated the freeze and was hung up on by the agent after being offered to pay $300.00 to join a program to eliminate debt. I acted with integrity and was told I was not allowed to access my own information by and through experian. I now can not do anything with my finances because of this fraudulent freeze placed by someone other than myself but who used my social and clearly enough information to successfully place a freeze on my social and credit profile. I demand to know the IP address or mailed submission which initiated this claim and I demand to have the recorded phone conversation I had with the experian agent who illegally denied me access to my account and the possibility of removing this fraudulent claim thereby making my financial situation unlivable and extremely traumatic. I also demand this fraudulent freeze be removed IMMEDIATELY and that I receive the information of all the responsible parties previously mentioned as I am seeking legal action to the fullest extent. I can not attach any relevant documents regarding my credit or this freeze clearly because of this fraudulent activity as I was and am now denied access to my OWN credit information and specifically this erroneous freeze.
