- is saying I returned the vehicle back in - 2009 if I returned the vehicle back in - 2009 that means I would be six months delinquent so my first delinquency would be in - of 2009 and if I was six months behind on a car lease GMAC would have came and repossessed the car but they did n't or my payment history would show when my last payment to - was made be it do n't because GMAC is not showing any Payments made of my credit report or any payment history on my credit so they are reporting inaccurate information to - on my credit report and this should be deleted because it 's been seven years now since I returned the car back into GMAC or it would be seven years from my first delinquency
