Incorrect information on credit report Information is not mine California

Fraudulent attempt to open a credit card in my name - Called and stopped application. However, it took - - 6 months to have removed This time on - -, - the same event occurred again. I called and stopped the application but - - failed to call me first ( Had a credit alert in place at the time of application ) and as of today -/-/- failed to removed the hard hit from my credit report. I have spent over 8 hours over a 5 month period and have complied with their directions and faxes. I need help with - - to comply with the 90 day limit for removal.
