Incorrect information on credit report Account status Texas
TransUnion is reporting an account with - - twice and both are showing charged off with a balance. There was only - account and I have spoken to several people at - - about this issue. - - indicated there was just - and there was no balance because it was an account they were given from a different company. The letter that I received from - - and forwarded to all three bureaus shows there is no money owed along with a contact person 's name phone number. I do n't understand why TransUnion continues to report it twice and with a balance.
