Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay Pennsylvania
I had applied for and received an Autoloan through Chrysler Capital. At the time, as it is now, I had been receiving monthly income of approximately $730.00 a month. They in turn issued me a loan at 21 % over 6 years at $400.00 dollars. I am also required to keep full coverage on the vehicle. Perhaps I was too optimistic on my ability to repay the loan, but I have rapidly found out that this was a tremendous financial burden on my situation. Currently, I have been unable to afford my other debt obligations and these loans have become delinquent. I intend to do my best to maintain the car payment, however I am concerned that this loan may have been issued with the expectation that I would not be able to maintain what for me, is an aggressive repayment. I have attempted to contact the lender to discuss my situation. They have stated that they are currently unable to work with me but more importantly that they have no intention of working with me to achieve a long term resolution.
