Transunion misled me when I was trying to access my credit report. It signed me up for their credit monitoring service when I thought I was getting my free credit report. They also did not provide a way to cancel the service online. I was ultimately charged $1.00, and had to call them to cancel the service. Had I not called to cancel they would have significantly increased the payments. Their website service is deliberately misleading.
