BB&T Financial Consumer Loan Complaint

Vehicle loan Managing the loan or lease

BB&T Financial Consumer Loan department,

Vehicle loan Managing the loan or lease Michigan

I had an auto loan with regional acceptance corporation. The account was charged off and included in my bankruptcy. However the account is now 7 years old as reported my first late being - 2009. After several attempts you contacted regional acceptance. I received a reply that they would remove four months of reporting charge off after my bankruptcy was filed. However I was then told that my first late on this account does n't count towards the seven years because I then became current before becoming late again. I am only allowed to speak with there bankruptcy department when I call and was told do what I need to do they were n't updating my credit report. I received a letter from - -. The bankruptcy department states she does n't work in bankruptcy or credit reporting so they do n't know why she sent me a letter. This account is over 7 years old and by law is to be taken off of my credit report. Everytime I call I am directed to bankruptcy department. That is all I am able to speak with and they tell me to do what I have to do.
