I am very very very concerned with HESSA and the - arrangement with private school loan lending. I have been unfortunately misled into believing my loan was a government backed loan via its association to federal and state officers. I believe that this is grounds for a class action suit against the - for its misleading of the loan buyers via its various marketing materials.
