I have always made my loan payments on time, even recently sending a $1000.00 dollar principal payment. Today my husband and I have attempted to obtain the interest portion paid from - for tax purposes, however no one with the bank seems to be able to identify that dollar amount, and after requesting a payment history be mailed to us we were hung up on. We request the CFPB investigate whether this bank is appropriately applying payments according to the terms of contracts or simply making up their own rules as a financial institution.
