Barclays Credit card department,
I 've asked to be release from a verbal service I made with - for - a month due to the fact I have not received the service I was promised by a - representative. I asked my credit card company to no longer accept the charges, I protested the charges, sent documentation showing I had asked the charges stopped and they continue to charge my account. In fact they raised my ability to charge more so they could accept the realtor.com charges. I feel my credit card company is continuing to charge my account so they can continue to charge me high interest rates. I want these charges stopped and credited back to my account. I 've been an on time client with this company, - credit card service and instead of working with me they 're working for -. Please help me. I ca n't afford a service that 's not being offered.
