I made the mistake of pre scheduling a bill to be paid of - to - - via on line pay through my virtual wallet months ago. I scheduled this bill to be paid when I was still a customer of -. I paid this bill when I no longer had the service and had been a customer of - for months. This payment of - caused me to go into overdraft ; I was then charged - payments totally -. - - charge was for a payment made to - for -. I had enough to cover this bill, but did not have enough to cover my car insurance. Both would have been covered without penalty if I had not made the mistake of paying - -. $70.00 is A lot to my family and I. We can not afford -. My income is beyond tight. I am begging PNC to please review my account, acknowledge I am not - to go into overdraft, and if not for the mistake of paying - to -, I would not have going into overdraft. I spoke with a CSR and she stated she was unable to reverse the overdraft fee because - was forgiven in the past. Again, I ask that you review my account and acknowledge that I have been beyond attentive, and avoided over drafts. Due to this - mistake of a pre scheduled bill payment for a service I no longer have, I am now forced to pay - which is food for my family and I. - - stated they are refunding the sum of - via pre paid card.
