In general, I have been erroneously charged nearly $500.00 in fees since year 2010 by the Branch Banking and Trust Company ( BB & T ) ( hereinafter " the bank '' ) I have reported this to them, and they have responded inadequately, and continue to deny to me in an unethically and likely illegal fashion reimbursement of these funds.
