BB & T purchased Susquehanna Bank. They are a horrible bank. I have a checking account and a line of credit which includes a fixed loan and the line of credit with them. I tried to take - from my checking account and apply it to the principal balance on my line of credit. They, on their own, decided to split the - between principal and interest on the line of credit and fixed loan. I called and fought with them about fixing this. Supposedly they fixed this but since then I have been locked out of my credit line account. You can see the balance only, but NO transactions, so I have no way of knowing if anything was corrected. I have called the branch manager and the IT dept., who - can not access my account. Their IT dept informed me that they are aware of the issue and it was supposed to have been fixed on - -, but hope now to have it fixed by - -. So I have NO access to my account for 2 weeks. i can not find out about it since I am locked out. Besides that, when I called the bank to find out about the fee, they can not find it as well. They have no idea what it is, no one there seems to know anything, but they have access to all my money, but can not tell me anything. THIS IS NOT A CORNER DELI, THIS IS A BANK. This is so entirely unacceptable. I have never heard of a bank with issues like this, I feel like they have stolen my money. There should never be a time when you can not access your accounts ; I do understand that they need to update their systems from time to time. That is usually late at night for a several hour window. This is for several weeks and should be against the law.
