BB&T Financial Consumer Loan Complaint

BB&T Financial Consumer Loan department,

Pawn loan Can't contact lender Pennsylvania

Line of credit loan. Will not or can not send invoice. When I contact bank they all tell me different reasons. If I do not remember and do not send loan payment in time they will charge me. Some months I get invoice some I do not. Blame it on recent merger with B B & T Bank. Happened before the merger also. Tired of calling. They need to be responsible enough to send invoice and not make me call each month. They also tell me different places to send it. Also not very pleasant when I call either. Please do something. Tired of banks doing what ever they want.
