BB&T Financial Bank account or service department,

Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Tennessee

BBT ( Banking ) continues to charge overdraft fees. For example, they will have pending amounts that they already take the amount off of your available balance. Then when a charge goes through that is not pending, they charge you an overdraft fee. When you go to the ATM to put money in to cover the negative balance, they hold the amount, then, the next day, when the pending amounts go through, they charge you another fee before depositing the money you deposited the night before. They have changed the time you are allowed to deposit from - to -, and will make NONE of the money you deposit available to you until the next day. The fees are out of control. They began charging a fee is you download your statement to -. We were unaware of this, so they charged a fee for THAT fee. Banks are OUT OF CONTROL!!!! I have even had a hold on CASH deposits.
