I 'm trying to refinance my - mortgage.Citimortgage owns the second loan. I have done everything they have asked and each time what they need changes, they keep delaying matters as I get charged .for interest. The wo n't work with my future mortgage company.I have given verbal and written permission.every phone call isca run around now they are trying to say I requested for hardship assistance. This has been going on over a month
