Discover Credit card department,
Discover Financial Services posted a negative statement I was late in making a payment. Not true - - - - of -, - issued a legal document, and notified Discover Credit Card that I do not owe them the UNAUTHORIZED charges they originally submitted back in - 2015 for $1400.00 and $450.00. I never did business with this company other than get an estimate via phone with - -. I believe that their Quality Assurance guy -, after talking to my son, may have been the culprit for these postings the next day. I faxed all the executives in IL a copy of the legal document and also mailed a copy to their Dispute Center ( which incidentally told me via " - '' to stop sending them emails ). I got no confirmation from them that they received this document. I called - - - to help me, but apparently there was nothing they could do according to them. Discover has ruined my pristine credit of many, many years. I am recovering from - in -, - and longing to go home to my state of - and get proper medical treatment. Please help me. Thanks.
