In contacting bank on check card service which overdraft fees were charged ; we never opted in for overdraft protection. they constantly said it does not apply to you but would never show me the rule and it is not in the rule book for business accounts. The - deposit on the - of - - was cash ; but they called it a check and waited a whole day to show credit on -/-/-. if credit was shown on - of - none of this would of happened also all these debits for the - was on monday. some of those debits incurred on the - & - on the weekend when were they processed sunday night? when the bank says they wouldnt process anything until monday night again they were check card purchases ; they authorized it because the money was there and we did not opt in for overdraft protection. The - deposit showing cash deposit is conveniently unreadable.


as the record show ; on the - here comes - ; again monday ; when the - came nothing was pending creating a false available balance. Also - - transactions made on - - at - and - they posted on the - monday these were not processed. we should not be charged overdraft fee on check card purchases like they say we opted out. - & - and - overdraft fees on statement does not say what these fees are for but its check card purchases which they are hiding. overdraft fee - overdraft item fee also. check number - came in -/-/- friday it was n't taken out of account or even posted until -/-/-. In - overdraft charges on -/-/- & -/-/- overdraft items still not saying what it is for. went into bank in - - for - unauthorized filled out forms for - ea never received credit. After complaining to bank they would not let me online again. Went into bank they denied everything and they seen the - deposit they deducted and did nothing about it acted stupid blamed wife shopping too much she isnt even on account.
