Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay Pennsylvania

Was paying to much for a - - ( $660.00 ). They reposed the car and sold it for $16000.00 ) and I do n't think I should owe them anything for as much as I was paying a month, I believe they could have gotten the $9500.00 that they want me to pay now. Ally Financial harassed me at my job and when I would call them they would speak to me very harshly. They would call my place of employment 2 to 4 times on some days every week. I want this bill removed from my credit report and a paid in full credit.
