My first home mortgage from BB & T bank was a short sale transaction. The bank accepted less then the mortgage. I signed the - form in - of 2014 selling the home to another individual. BB & T bank then reported the loan delinquent 180+ days for the next 20 months. I have tried to dispute this information - in which I have included the lawyer signed documents showing the home was sold in - of 2014. - has not taken proper actions to fix my credit report.
