On - -, 2015 I attempted to withdraw - - - from an ATM in - -. There was a mechanical/electronic malfunction with the ATM machine and no funds were received by me. The bank is reversing the temporary credit issued in Favor of the issuing bank. I am adamant that the funds were not dispersed and the machine suffered a failure. An ongoing complaint # - with USAA and I am awaiting indisputable proof that the funds were received!
