This is a complaint against Factual Data, to request removal of my - credit report dated -/-/2015 and -/-/2015. This inquiry to my credit was not authorized by me, has been without my authorization, I do not have any product or relationship with you, no Loans product, therefore I make this request to immediately remove this inquiries that appears in my report and that affects my score negatively, and request adhere to the laws of fair credit and stir to eliminate an error that is not mine and never authorized, I appreciate your prompt help to my request
