BB&T Financial Bank account or service department,

Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Maryland

i would like to file a complaint against BB & T for unfair overdraft fees. I appreciate that the banks offer of overdraft protection however, in 2015 I have paid over $1000.00 in fees. Just in - 2015/- 2015 my fees alone totaled $360.00. I have reached out to the bank for assistance and they will only adjust your account for overdraft fees every 24 months.
