Capital One Credit card department,
I lost my business in the recession and ended up with a judgment filed in court for a Capital One credit card debt. 2 1/2 months ago, - -, 2015, I paid off the judgment with Capital One. I can not get them to send me a Satisfaction of Judgment so I can file it with the court. I need it to fix my credit score so I can refinance my home from a high interest rate. I am afraid the interest rates will be going up.
