I was sent a letter with a payment arrangement for a credit card they purchased. I was then told over the phone another amount I could pay for another card they had. The following month after this discussion I begin to pay on the 12 month agreement we discussed. When I send in the payment I put the account numbers on the the - separate money orders. Today -/-/15 I received a call at my home telling me they had no arrangement on file and that was not enough to now pay off the debt. Also I have never been shown the proof of the actual bill, and now they are going back on an agreement that they mailed to me and said over the phone. I will continue to pay another - payments however do not want to be harassed by them anymore. When speaking with - separate reps on the phone I had given the information I was given by phone and by mail which I needed to pay to satisfy the debt. Now I am being told that it is not enough money meanwhile I have also never been given any proof of the actual debt and I am paying. I pay out of fear that someone could freeze my bank account or garnish my wages cause this is what I have been told and it has happened before.
