I have an escrow account with my mortgage. The mortgage servicer, American Financial Resources , Inc has failed to pay my property taxes from the escrow account. I sent them a note including a copy of the property tax bill more than a month ago. The never responded. I followed up with the same information again a week ago. They never responded. I called today and they claim that they are escalating the problem and that the taxes are going to be paid, but are now delinquent.
