BB&T Financial Bank account or service department,

Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Florida

This pertains to file # - where I have proof that BB & T is lying. On my original complain I stated to BB & T had debited out $100.00 premature from my account. All this started back on -/-/2015. Where i have made a cash deposit if $100.00 bringing my balance to $95.00. Then on -/-/2015 there was a charge of $28.00. And here is where the problems starts. BB & T charges me $36.00 OVER DRAFTED FEE on -/-/2015. The reason is that BB & T has stated that on -/-/2015 there was a withdrawal of $100.00 Plus $3.00 fee for using another banks ATM. The problem here is that it was not on -/-/2015 that the Withdraw occurred but on -/-/2015. I have the Bank Statement for BB & T which I printed off their web site. And what BB & T sent to me. As you can see, from the Bank Statement I am providing it shows where the Withdraw of $100.00 occurred on -/-/2015. But BB & T takes the $100.00 on -/-/2015 making my account go NEGATIVE. Furthermore, on -/-/2015 I make yet another deposit of $100.00 again in cash. But because BB &


I have attached Both The Bank Statement that BB & T provides their customers and the So call Bank Statement they provided me with their entire letter providing nothing but misleading information plus inaccurate transactions from the bank to cover its shine! But as the saying goes : A picture is worth a thousand words! You be the judge of the proof yourself. And again BB & T states the $100.00 was for -/-/2015 when it clearly states it on the personal bank statement from the bank on line the transaction took place on -/-/2015.
