Valley National Bank informed me that the interest only period would end -/-/-. Payment to go from - to - ( or there abouts ). I sought their help in reaching a modification agreement and submitted their application along with all the income required documents. - - - communicated with me several times via email with additional requests or to communicate questions. On -/-/-, I received a denial of modification with a one line statement as to the reason : Sufficient income ... Using the same established means of communication, I requested a more elaborate explanation as to how they came to that conclusion. My emails went unanswered. On -, I used your template to request information. I explained again, that I need a more elaborate explanation in order to have a chance at an appeal. As of today, nothing has been received. Further the above servicer will only tell me that the loan owner is a trustee with - -. I also asked that they provide proof of communication with that trustee owner. Please intercede. Thank you.
