On - -, 2015 we made a payment of $82.00 to - - -On - -, 2015 the Bank decided to send another payment in account of e-bill which was $81.00 without our authorization. Neither one of the account owners made such a payment and the money was taken arbitrarily by the Bank, causing impact to our finances. When we called in to place a complaint, we were told that we need to wait 10 business day in order to get our money back, which we deem not acceptable.
