Discover Credit card department,

Unsolicited issuance of credit card Michigan

I have a outstanding credit card dept. My wife established the debt. My name is the Primary Card Holder listed on the account. I do not think that that should be the case. I cancelled the discover card many years ago with the statement that I will not ever use them again.
