Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Minnesota

I have recently been in discussion with a TCF rep and it was revealed that I have paid over $1500.00 in fines since - -, 2015. No money was able to be returned to me. This is excessive and they way they post transactions is predatory, forcing some items to overdraw and then collecting on the menial transactions that happen after. I would like most ( if not all ) of my money back.
