We received a notice on -/-/- from Seterus, Inc indicating we were in default and owed $3200.00 to cure the default as of -/-/-. The -/-/- letter also indicated that Seterus, Inc had filed a Notice of Intent to Foreclose. The letter indicated no legal action would be filed for 45 days from -/-/-. I notified Sererus - - - - at - and by fax at -by phone, by fax and by mail that we would be able to pay the default amount in two installments in - and -. The amount needed to cure the default as of the -/-/- notice is $3200.00. I indicated in my voice mails, my fax and my letters sent -/-/- that I would make two installments of $1600.00 in -/-/- and - to cure the default and prevent foreclosure. I also indicated that I would pay the regular monthly mortgage payments of $950.00 in -/-/- and -/-/- in addition to the $1600.00 to pay the default amount and bring our account current. I got a call back on -/-/- from - at Seterus at - that my fax was illegible I recontacted him and - - - indicating what the fax was asking and also indicating that I had mailed a copy of the letter and the fax material. The copy I mailed to - - and - were legible. Essential I indicated to them that we were offering the abnove proposal to bring our account current and to avoid foreclosure. I indicated I planned to make the above payments but wanted a breakdown of how the default amount was arrived at. THe person I contacted at Seterus, INC on -/-/- was - - - Consumer and Government Affairs ph - fax -. I mailed correspondence ( the fax material ) to ( 1 ) Attn - - - - - - - - -, - - ( 2 ) - - - - -, - - and ( 3 ) - - - -, - -
