BB&T Financial Bank account or service department,

Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low North Carolina

The bank has refused the fees charged on my account from them. My account was charged return fees. Obviously, it is a bank error. The teller who helped me has n't stopped my check even though the payee portion of the check was missing. Due to the returned check, the bank locked my account until my request. Also, for the period in which I was locked out of my account, the payment was scheduled and retuned too. I am owed $60.00 for fees charged incorrectly.
